This morning, the World Experts Lecture Series (WELS) officially commenced with a warm welcome for Dr. Tim Downing, Group Leader & Head of Genomics at The Pirbright Institute, UK. The UP Baguio Department of Biology, in collaboration with the UP Office of International Linkages (UP OIL) Program, is honored to host Dr. Downing for this enriching and intellectually stimulating series.
