Discover how Python can be used to transform data into interactive visualizations and web applications. Through hands-on exercises using Plotly Dash and Google Colab, participants will learn practical approaches to data exploration, visualization, and scientific communication.
This workshop is open to faculty members, researchers, students, and technical staff from UP Baguio and partner institutions who are interested in bioinformatics, genomics, antimicrobial resistance, infectious diseases, data science, and related fields.
As part of the broader capacity-building initiative under the DOST-PCHRD Balik Scientist Program, this workshop aims to strengthen local expertise and foster collaboration in genomics, bioinformatics, and data science in the Cordillera region and beyond.
